marvellous and excellent location really close to cafes, restaurants, shops and bars, other attractions and such a good area for metro connections & great food places nearby, and the room was light. though we didn't like the bed, it was very hard, had a comfortable stay for 9 nights in the duplex. having a bath was great. the property was 200 metres away from cafe cometa.

I had a really amazing 9-night stay in the duplex. The location is great, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops, and bars nearby. The area is less touristic, yet still within walking distance or easily accessible by local transport. The rooms are quiet, light, and the beds were comfortable.

The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated, creating a festive atmosphere. We found the location to be convenient, with a metro station nearby and easy access to the city.

Worst aspects of our xmas stay: Unfortunately, there were some issues with the key system, causing delays and inconvenience upon our arrival.
